Another successful recruitment project. This time hiring a Paid Media Manager for a specialist healthcare marketing agency.
Last year this agency’s Founder had said that he’d be using us again. This was when we’d successfully helped them recruit their SEO Lead. At the time the Founder said that we had understood their business needs and clearly make a difference to the whole process. I think the results speak for themselves. With this project, we’ve brought a Paid Media Lead into their team. That makes two new recruits from clockworkTalent!
There’s no doubt recruitment had become more challenging in Q42022. So many people have changed jobs in the last couple years. It’s too soon for many to be considering another job change already. We did, however, find several experienced individuals for this shortlist to interview but we did really well to find this one. He’s great! He brings an abundance of Paid Media experience plus good underpinning holistic knowledge. And he has worked in agencies before!
Originally from Poland where he’d been teaching English after his Law degree, this individual made his home in the UK more than 8 years ago. Relocating to seize the UK’s opportunities for digital marketing careers, he’s immersed himself in advancing his skills, knowledge and career. Initially building upon his good holistic foundation, he’s shifted to focus on developing his expertise in Paid Media. He’s been managing multi-million $ PPC campaigns for a number of years and is accustomed to driving excellent results across multiple industries. He’ll now be doing this exclusively for companies in the medical and healthcare industry.
