Last year we hired an awesome Head of Marketing to lead a small growing team. Now we are in a position to add a Paid Media Specialist to the team and focus on bringing this brand’s paid advertising inhouse.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for bringing paid media in-house by creating and delivering the paid advertising strategy. You will initially take ownership of the paid media accounts from the agency but drawing on your experience you will develop and execute paid search campaigns, choosing appropriate platforms where the most growth and results can be generated.

You will be data-driven, and obsessed with results. You’ll be innovative, and confident testing and analysing where wins can be made. You’ll be creative with your campaigns, driving qualified traffic to the site to convert into enquiries. You’ll enjoy collaborating with the marketing team, developing integrated marketing campaigns, and aligning the paid search activity to broader marketing goals.

You’ll be confident across paid search and social platforms, embracing new industry trends and leading initiatives of what is next, and will produce the best performance results. Taking ownership of Paid Advertising you’ll provide exceptional reporting. It’s important you can drill down to the details but also elevate to the big picture and provide commercial insight. Ultimately you’ll be successful in managing your budgets effectively. You’ll utilise your resources strategically and maximise return on investment across all paid channels.


  • Bring at least 4 years’ Paid Search industry experience with at least 2 in a similar role
  • Demonstrable track record of success in creating and executing Paid Media strategies and campaigns (Google, Microsoft and Meta)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Ads), TikTok etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and communicate campaign performance effectively.
  • A truly collaborative approach to work with a desire to build integrated channel success.


This modern office is in the heart of Brighton, less than a 10-minute walk from the mainline station. The company operates hybrid working with at least one day a week in the office.
