We’re continuing to grow this team by hiring a Digital Marketing Executive who will as a minimum have completed their first steps into the industry with one year of experience already. 

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Digital Manager, as the Digital Marketing Executive you’ll be working across multiple clients and have a wide range of digital marketing activities. To thrive in this role you’ll be comfortable adapting and know how to pivot easily; changing gear as you refocus on different projects/clients. 

You’ll have the fundamentals in SEO or PPC but bring passion to deepen your skills. This agency team will invest time and finance in your personal development, to help grow and develop strong multi-channel skills.  

Upon starting your work could range from setting up and optimising Google Ads one morning, then collaborating with the writing team to create new content the next. To hit the ground running, you’ll bring a passion for digital marketing developed whilst working in the industry.  This is a hands-on role, where you’ll learn to execute on client strategies, set up and manage campaigns as well as report on them. Your work will be varied from keyword research, site audits, content research, the setup and optimisation of Google Ads and more. Being adaptable and having a can-do attitude will help you thrive. 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • At least 1+ year in a digital marketing role (agency experience preferred but not essential)
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing with enjoyment to keep abreast of industry news
  • A curious mindset prepared to challenge and speak up with ideas
  • Creative flair and confidence to share ideas
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Ability to multitask calmly and not get flustered
  • Self-motivated with a sense of ownership to deliver great work

LOCATION

This agency has 2 offices but this position is being hired as a hybrid role to their rural office just north of Northampton. There is also the opportunity to work from the London office on occasion. The team work 3 days from the office, 2 days working from home. It’s also worth noting, you must be able to drive to reach this beautiful barn conversion office.
