With a goal of identifying how to best resource the skill gaps in what is fast becoming a candidate-driven market, this recruitment project’s bigger picture took a little time to become clear.
But we have now set sail, initially onboarding an accomplished Digital Marketer as a Mentor to the business. He’s supporting and advising the CMO, helping to shortcut to the right decisions, drawing upon decades of exemplary digital marketing practice.
Cruising forward, we’re continuing the expansion of this inhouse team. By hiring experienced specialist digital marketers, as well as enthusiastic juniors who bring an abundance of potential and ambition to an environment where they can rapidly learn and advance their skills.
