We’re continuing to grow the team, hiring a PR Content Executive who will as a minimum have completed their first steps into the industry with one year of experience already.


Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, as PR Content Executive you’ll be working across three large clients (initially with support, don’t worry!). To do this well, you’ll be a natural at spinning plates and unfazed by deadlines. You’ll also be someone who recognises a good story and has the confidence to put pen to paper. Whether it’s long or short copy, editorial or digital, you’ll be comfortable writing. The team can (and will) teach you a whole raft of other skills, but strong writing is the starting point.

At this early start to your career, enthusiasm is everything. You’ll have a wide variety of activities you’ll be working on and managing. From organising photo shoots, managing social media programmes, placing editorial features, and researching case studies. It’s all part of a varied role – don’t expect any two days to be the same!  You’ll be joining quite a small team so the opportunities to get involved with a wide range of projects, from video production to digital advertising, is huge. 

You don’t have to know about buildings or construction, but you do have a curious mind as you will be learning fast.


  • Ideal to bring a Journalism degree, not essential but the ability to write and tell a story is!
  • Enthusiasm for social media and digital communications – blogs, articles, social media, case studies and press releases, with an understanding of SEO
  • Attention to detail and efficient task management
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Copes under pressure with an ability to multitask calmly
  • Strong research skills and curious mindset
  • Creative flair and confidence for ideation
  • Desire to show initiative
  • Good at building rapport and relationships


The Northampton office is home to a close-knit team of digital marketers and account managers. You’ll be comfy working with small, agile teams, with occasional travel to the London office to forge closer relations with colleagues there. You also need to like dogs – there are several who spend time in the office (usually one at a time). The team tend to work 3 days from the office, 2 days working from home. It’s also worth noting, you must be able to drive to reach the office!
