Want to manage PPC campaigns for a retailer with a licence to sell prints and gifts of iconic characters from your childhood? Do you have ambitions to earn commission from your successful campaign results?

With a successful agency career behind him, this company Founder had a personal interest in art which led to creating a family run business offering high quality print collections including licenses for the latest trends, vintage children’s characters and bespoke artwork. The current (and pipeline) list of webshops dedicated to each character is long and includes Miffy, Mr Men, Clangers, Mr Bean, Gruffelo, Dr Who and Paw Patrol as well dedicated charity focus with BornFree, Oxfam, Scope and more.

Taking the art publishing and gift merchandise sector by storm, this business has been sourcing exceptional imagery from around the globe and transforming it onto Greeting Cards, Art Prints, Giftware and Stationery for over a decade. Looking to build upon their organic success, we’re hiring an experienced PPC Manager to join this Ipswich based team.


Reporting to the Founder, as PPC Manager you’ll be responsible for the development and management of all Paid Media strategy. The focus will initially be on just 10 of their online stores. In addition to the set up and management of PPC campaigns, your aim will be to improve the customer journey and increase conversion rates. With your naturally curious mind, you’ll investigate competitors, and continually research ways to automate, improve and optimise the PPC efficiency of each online store.

Confident in your work, you’ll be regularly reporting on performance data and making recommendations for improvements.  You’ll challenge the norm and be confident in championing new ideas. You’ll be a true team player, working in harmony with other channels.


  • Essential to have demonstrable success in delivering quality results for Paid Search campaigns
  • Ability to execute advanced PPC techniques to effectively grow the PPC channel and drive improving results
  • Experienced in using Google Ads, Bing Ads and Google Analytics IQ
  • Hands on in managing PPC accounts, bid management, campaign creation and reporting
  • Desirable – certification in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Adobe Ads or other relevant platform
  • Knowledge of bid management tools such as DBM & Kenshoo would be beneficial


With an office less than one hour train journey from Liverpool Street, you’ll be in the HQ office adjacent the warehouse. There is parking available.

In return, you will be invested in to hone your craft, receiving industry training and have the opportunity to earn commission on top of your basic salary.
