With a strong reputation amongst clients, and demand for their digital marketing services still increasing we’re hiring a PPC Account Manager into their Paid Media team.


Reporting to the Head of PPC, as PPC Account Manager you will have the usual Paid Media responsibilities; managing a wide range of paid campaigns including Google Ads, dynamic remarketing and social display advertising. Your bread and butter will be Google and Bing Ads, but it’s likely you’ll also work on paid social ad campaigns, specifically Facebook and LinkedIn; as well as Shopping campaigns.

You’ll own your own portfolio of different clients, with a mixture of fast and slow accounts. You’ll also work with the Head of PPC to develop your skills, upskilling in areas and being able to refine better skills in your preferred platforms. It’s essential you bring a curious mind, and be driven by results so you’ll optimise your ad campaigns for the best results. Digging into sites looking for conversion tracking yourself rather than leaving it for developers is a great example of how this team operates. You’ll also need to bring skills in crafting great ad copy and have an analytical mindset. You’ll strive for career progression, working autonomously and better performance for your clients.

By return, your Head of PPC will support and champion you with training opportunities and encourage your ideation and contribution in the team. 


  • 2+ years of PPC experience ideally in an agency environment
  • Accomplished in Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Experience in Paid Social (Facebook & LinkedIn)
  • Experienced in Shopping and Google Merchant Center
  • Creative with great copywriting skills for ad copy
  • Natural problem solver with an analytical mindset 
  • Understanding of remarketing
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience in Google Tag Manager and Data Studio would be a bonus
  • Google Ads certification


The office is south west of Nottingham, just 15 mins by train from Loughborough. It’s also only a 4 minute walk from the local train station. Following COVID-19 guidelines, the team is currently working remotely. Hybrid working with the option of working from home 2-3 days per week will continue for this role once restrictions are lifted.
