 Our client is a specialist paid media agency delivering industry-leading services in both Paid Search and Social. With a talent for building strong, fun relationships with each client on their diverse international portfolio, this dynamic team is on a mission to drive the best results from their campaigns. With clients ranging from global businesses to fast-growing startups, the team thrive across a small portfolio of varied projects. The Founder is a talented Digital Marketer in his own right with a background in award-winning agency work. We’re now helping them recruit a PPC Account Manager to lead a small team.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, as PPC Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team of two PPC Executives, optimising internal processes and building strong relationships with existing clients. You will bring skills in executing PPC (paid social experience is beneficial but not essential) campaign strategies for a range of client accounts while analysing performance and identifying areas for improvement. In your role, you’ll have a direct impact on the business and its future growth. Ideally, you will bring advanced technical skills but training is in place should your PPC skills or other areas need support. This is a client-facing role, you’ll need to be confident in communicating directly with your client contacts and building strong relationships with both them and your team. 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 2+ years of paid media experience in an agency environment 
  • Previous experience of managing or mentoring people
  • Previous insight to generating profitable results 
  • Excellent use of Google Ads (set up and optimisation)
  • Skilled in tracking campaigns in Google Analytics 
  • Able to record campaign performance using Google Sheets 
  • Up to date knowledge of industry trends and developments
  • Great attention to detail and organisation skills 

LOCATION

The office is based in central Guildford, just a ten-minute walk from the train station, close to local restaurants and shops. With an option to work from home, the team tends to be in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
