Their “profit over traffic” approach to PPC supports clients into increasing both sales and leads. Generating profit for traffic focused campaigns, with a focus on Shopping Ad Management, Google Ads, Display and remarketing, Amazon advertising and much, much more.

Plus they’ve a sister agency specialising in SEO services working alongside them. We’re excited to launch this pivotal hire, recruiting a PPC Account Director to grow into Head of, and potentially MD, if that’s a direction that suits your ambitions.

THE ROLE

Reporting to Senior Management, as the PPC Account Director you will be empowered to build your own team of PPC Specialists. Initially whilst recruiting your team, you’ll take the lead in the pitch and proposal process right the way through to executing high-quality PPC campaigns. These include Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Facebooks Ads. You’ll confidently carry out audits and provide reporting to clients too. Upon recruiting your team, you’ll train, develop and manage your team; ensuring best practice and high production of results for the Paid Media team.

You’ll be confident in client facing scenarios, commercially astute and seizing opportunities for up and cross selling services with new and existing clients, leveraging client relations of the established sister SEO agency too. Above all you’ll be a champion of Paid Media; promoting case study strategies, speaking at webinars, running PPC ads for the agency and contributing to blogs. Your passion for Paid Media will be both inspiring and infectious.

 TO BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • 4+ years experience in a similar PPC agency role
  • In depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Facebooks Ads
  • Previous experience in managing/mentoring a team
  • Highly motivated and self driven with passion for achieving  
  • Proven ability to create a growth strategy and implement it from start to finish
  • Confidence with speaking to clients and sharing knowledge
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent head for data

LOCATION

The office is located in the northwest of Leeds City Centre, a ten-minute walk to the train station and close to local shops and restaurants. The role is a hybrid role and requires a minimum of two days in the office.
