Small and agile, the team deliver results for their health and lifestyle clients which include amongst others Wiggle, Twinings and Paultons Park. They’ve also earned industry awards for their work and are well respected speakers at global digital marketing events.
Reporting to the Founder and MD, as Marketing Manager you’ll lead the brand and content marketing strategy through social media and events.
Working closely with the team and using the agency’s digital assets (content, analysis, R&D reports, tools & resources and potential events, you’ll develop the friendly, straight talking voice of the agency. As you ‘listen’ to the industry, you’ll share information with stakeholders of industry trends, opportunities and competitors. Using your initiative and experience, you’ll report on content, brand and social media marketing.
You’ll be confident driving social strategy across all platforms, always looking forward to keeping ahead of the industry. The ideal person will be a strategic thinker, who wants to own the marketing function. You’ll be results driven and want to build the marketing activity and subsequent performance of the agency.
This job is a part time role initially with flexible hours and remote work options. It’s preferred 1 or even 2 days a week in the office, ideally one day will be a Monday.

The office is based just a 10 minute drive outside of Basingstoke town centre in a comfortable rural location. You’ll need access to a car as there are no public transport routes to the office, although plenty of free parking is available.
