To continue to maintain their quality output, we’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to join the team that won Drum Global Awards’ Best Buy Side Team last year!

THE ROLE

Reporting to Senior Paid Media Manager, as Paid Media Manager you’ll work with the wider team and contribute to the agency’s paid search and social offering, drawing upon your own experience and knowledge to steer client work. You’ll lead by example, and support more junior members of the team, with your ahead-of-the-curve client strategies which champion best practice and lead to the execution of quality campaigns. You’ll need to review campaign data in order to extrapolate meaningful insights which inform your strategy. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Shopping ads, Video ads, Programmatic Display and Social ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Spotify, TikTok etc).

As this is a small close working team, it’s important you approach your work collaboratively to fit in. This team support one another and focus on delivering the best results for their charity clients. It would be ideal if you’ve already worked for a not for profit/charity sector client previously but is not essential. 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 3+ years experience in paid media (search and or social) in either brand or agency
  • Experience working in the charity, not-for-profit sector is an advantage
  • Proven best practice knowledge of paid media search and social (programmatic is an advantage)
  • Bring an eye for detail and data with a naturally curious mindset
  • Strong at reviewing campaigns and extrapolating meaningful insights
  • Adept at implementing tracking tags and pixels
  • Building client confidence and client relationships
  • Genuine interest in maintaining ahead of the curve with industry updates
  • Good in mentoring and knowledge share, team leadership an advantage

LOCATION 

Based in Buckinghamshire, the office is just 10 minutes from the tube station and offers an optional 2 days per week remote working (Mondays and Fridays are WFH).
