Well respected for their accomplished integrated campaign work, this team deliver exceptional results for instantly recognisable clients like Dunelm, Dental Care, SuperYachtsMonaco and more. In expanding the Analytics offering further, we’re hiring a Marketing Analyst.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Measurement and Insight Manager, the Marketing Analyst will join the client delivery team. You will devise and implement measurement strategies for a portfolio of clients in travel and retail markets. You will be skilled in turning business objectives into measurable metrics and results. The key component being that you’ll be intuitive in your ability to review data and pull together insights and recommendations which can assist performance on those business objectives.

Clients range dramatically in their analytics sophistication so it’s important you’re able to explain in depth data tactics to non data-savvy audiences. To excel in this role, you’ll bring a naturally curious mind and take pride in your ability to spot performance enhancing opportunities. You’ll also be encouraged to experiment and continue the agency’s culture of testing, measuring and testing again!

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a (digital) marketing agency
  • Exceptional skills in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Skilled in translating business objectives into measurable metrics
  • Hands on experience in using CRO tools, user insight tools including HotJar and CRO measurement frameworks
  • Previous experience in configuring & maintaining a CRM platform including Salesforce & HubSpot
  • Analytical mind with knowledge of G Suite
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to design and build reports, ideally in Data Studio
  • Confident in presenting & pitching to clients
  • Problem solving with a strategic approach to data
