Unique opportunity to be Head of Marketing Services and launch new service line (PPC initially) for fast growing SaaS company’s customers. 

Already successful with more than 20% of the UK’s market, this SaaS company continues to scale rapidly and is expanding into Europe. Their product is well-received by industry and their customers love them. We’re excited to enable the launch of a new service offering high-impact marketing services to their existing (and new) customers. As such, we’re hiring a Head of Marketing Services to launch and grow this new business line. 

THE ROLE

Reporting to the leadership team,  you’ll be responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling Marketing Services from 0 to 1 and beyond.  You’ll be empowered to design and validate services: defining the initial PPC service offerings, with  SEO to follow as part of the roadmap. Working with the company’s sales and customer team, you’ll convert interest into paying clients and deliver real results as you acquire and retain marketing services clients.

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, starting-from-scratch role where you’ll run and optimise campaigns; setting up, managing and continuously improving Google Ads campaigns for your early customers. Obsessed by results, you’ll track and improve ROI by implementing tracking and reporting to share ROI results from client marketing spend.

You’ll build solid foundations, putting in place processes, tools and documentation to systemise and scale the business. In time, you’ll grow your team, you’ll hire and manage additional specialists/freelancers to support service delivery. Ultimately, you’ll act like a founder motivated by results, yet have the security of the support of an empowering leadership team and the autonomy to grow under the security of this company’s umbrella! 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Essential to bring 5+ years of experience working with multiple clients (likely from working in an agency or running your own business).
  • Strong experience running and optimising Google Ads campaigns for local businesses or SMBs.
  • Hands-on experience implementing data tracking and attribution tools (e.g., GA4, Tag
  • Manager, call tracking, conversion pixels).
  • Proven ability to manage and communicate with clients, entrepreneurial mindset— you’ve built, grown, or helped launch a service or business.
  • Commercial instincts—you understand pricing, CAC, LTV, churn, and service margins.
  • Ability to write effective ad copy and advise on landing page improvements.
  • Bonus: SEO experience—especially technical/local SEO—or a plan for when/how to layer it in.
