Disrupting Startup in Healthy Breakfasts

Up to £120 per day

Looking to boost your income with some extra freelance eCommerce work? How about freelancing your expertise to startups disrupting the healthy breakfast market? 

Disrupting healthy breakfasts, with a high protein, zero sugar and fewer cards breakfast cereal, this startup has swiftly gained market traction since launching earlier this year. With external funding in place, there is a buzz in the air as the frameworks are put in place to continue accelerating the journey for this brand to reach those in pursuit of health and fitness lifestyles and better breakfast cereals. 

Founded by an eCommerce leader with an enviable industry pedigree, this brand is on a mission to inject fun, nostalgia and a boost of nutrition into boring adult lives! As with most startups, it’s a busy hub of activity and we’re now looking for freelance skills from an experienced eCommerce Manager initially 1-2 days a week in flexible, remote work.

THE ROLE

As the freelance eCommerce Manager, you’ll need to be a whizz in email marketing, paid search and paid social and have an analytical mindset. 

You’ll be responsible for working alongside the designers and development agency to test and carry out tactics to increase basket value and identify areas where conversion can be optimised. 

You’ll focus on repeating sales to converted buyers after their purchases, by creating bespoke and personalised email campaigns to create a rock-solid customer base. You’ll also harness the power of email marketing for promotional opportunities alongside paid channels. Paid search and paid social campaigns will be optimised and managed to maximise website traffic, brand awareness and cost-efficient acquisition. 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Able to work independently and manage your time on this project effectively
  • Accomplished in eCommerce work and motivated by achieving results
  • A strong generalist data and commercial skill set that can be applied to any challenge
  • Good experience to date working with one or all of Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, Facebook, Google Ad Words and Instagram
  • Energetic, ambitious and want to develop in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Good with written communications

LOCATION

This job is remote with the potential to access an office in Clerkenwell, London from September 2022. 

Driven by results, you’ll inject your eCommerce knowledge, fast-tracking results based on your good decisions made from gut instinct.
