Digital native group, eCommerce brand

circa £65k dependant on experience plus performance bonus

If you’re in the North West of England, ready for a new eCommerce challenge and want to be a part of something big – this is it! Don’t miss out on the opportunity to join a digital native group with a portfolio of brands, one of which will be all yours!

Our client is a dynamic, successful digital native company with a portfolio of brands under it’s umbrella. It supplies a tool hire booking service for both home and commercial use. There are two brands in this same catalogue. One is very successful and has had a lot of love and attention over the years. The other sits in the same catalogue but as yet hasn’t had any real focus applied to it.

The successful brand has grown significantly in the last few years, becoming a nationally recognised brand with a multi-million pound booking platform. Whereas the 2nd brand has a conversion rate 5x less and generates 20x less than the successful active brand … but radiates like a beacon with it’s huge potential.

The Group is ready to recruit a “mirror team” to focus specifically on the as-yet un-loved brand and work to make it a healthy competitor to its successful sister brand.

Reporting to the company’s founding Directors as the Business Growth Director for this brand, your focus is on growing it’s online revenue stream. With a successful sister brand in the company, you’ll replicate the roadmap for product listings, SEO, marketing, DPR and great UX/UI. You’ll draw upon your extensive experience, making smart choices on a full site rebuild, potentially on a better platform, leveraging best industry practices. You’ll build a small team, reporting to you but share the existing booking system and company back office team that operates for the successful sister brand.

Driven by results, you’ll be highly motivated by eCommerce growth. You’ll confidently manage the P&L and be accountable for the commercial and technical innovations to gain market share.  You’ll enjoy leading the strategy, be competent in reporting and working closely with the company founders. This will be a little like running your own business in the security of an employer’s umbrella!

    Who are clockworkTalent?

A long time ago, Natasha noticed a distinct lack of quality of service and depth of technical knowledge from the digital marketing industry’s specialist Recruiters. She’d independently helped both of her brothers’ digital agencies brief their recruiters, and knew it could be so much better.

So in 2012, clockworkTalent was born!

Irrespective of whether you’re job seeking or hiring, we consult with you to understand what’s important, hand-hold you throughout the process and share our expertise with you along the way.

    Why you’ll love us…
