We’re continuing to grow this team, hiring a Digital Account Executive who will as a minimum have completed their first steps into the industry with one year of experience already.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, as the Digital Account Executive you’ll be working across multiple clients and have a wide range of digital marketing activities. To thrive in this role you’ll be comfortable adapting and know how to pivot easily; changing gear as you refocus on different projects/clients. 

Social Media or Social Advertising could be where your ambitions lie. The team you’ll be joining will support your personal development from a holistic digital marketer to cultivating your area of expertise. Part of your role will be scheduling and monitoring client social content as well as managing and growing the influencer marketing offering. By developing a deep technical understanding we would expect your career to grow within the agency.

Upon starting your work could range from setting up and optimising Google Ads one morning, then collaborating with the writing team to create new content the next. To do this well, you’ll bring your passion for digital marketing that you developed whilst working in the industry. TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • At least 1+ year in a digital marketing role (agency experience preferred but not essential)
  • Genuine passion for marketing with enjoyment to keep abreast of industry news
  • A curious mindset, prepared to challenge and speak up with ideas
  • Creative flair
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask calmly and not get flustered
  • Self-motivated with a sense of ownership to deliver great work

LOCATION

This agency has 2 offices but this position is being hired as a hybrid role to their rural office just north of Northampton. The team works 3 days from the office, 2 days working from home. It’s also worth noting, you must be able to drive to reach this beautiful barn conversion office.
