The charities they work with range across the sector including health, environmental, education, animal, art and culture, international NGOs and more. The team pride themselves on questioning the norm and never settling for mediocracy. Data, testing and learning are at the heart of this agency which has allowed them to remain small while producing dynamic, top end client work. 

We’re now hiring a Digital Media Account Manager to join their client services team.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Client Services, as a Digital Media Account Manager you’ll look after a portfolio of clients. You’ll need to bring a solid holistic view of the digital media landscape, including both paid and organic channels. It’s a huge advantage to bring experience and understanding of the charity sector, and in turn understand the needs and common traits of their audiences. You need a strategic mindset, and be able to make informed decisions based on data to support your client’s goals. Being both data-driven and a strategic planner, you’ll be capable of reporting insightful analysis from your reports and adapting your communication style to a manner that works best for each client. 

To be effective you need to be able to prioritise and bring productive communication skills. You’ll develop a real understanding of your client’s situations and goals, as well as provide insightful progress reports in order to remain their trusted partner. The delivery of exceptional results on slick campaigns will appear trouble free to clients as you work with your team to execute your CRO and UX deliverables. 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing across all channels incl SEO and Paid Media
  • Excellent understanding of the charity sector, its needs and common audiences
  • An eye for detail and data with a naturally curious mindset
  • Extensive Google Analytics experience
  • Well honed client management skills, adaptable and with great communication skills
  • Ideal (but not essential) to bring client services/account management experience
  • Ability to work under pressure, ability to prioritise and support multiple clients 
  • An infectious passion for digital marketing 

LOCATION 

Based in Buckinghamshire, the office is just 10 minutes from the tube station and offers an optional 2 days per week remote working (Mondays and Fridays are WFH).
