Is paid social your thing? Can you reach targeted audiences using your optimisation skills in Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and other paid advertising social platforms?

We’re hiring for a world renowned group with French foundations in the production of threads, this group has expanded to offer design, production, marketing and eCommerce for needlecraft brands inspiring the next generation. With a strong foothold in the US and Europe, they continue to work towards being the global leader in branded needlecraft. Their mission is to inspire makers to create and connect more easily and more often. Their online presence is well established and we’re now expanding the team with a new role of Group Digital Marketing Manager.


Reporting to the Head of Group eCommerce, as Group Digital Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for driving the paid social (and paid search) strategy with a focus on driving revenue for three of the group brands. Currently these activities are outsourced. Your goal will be to oversee, optimise and ensure the smooth running of paid media campaigns; keeping abreast of paid social trends and performance marketing to gain the best results. You’ll be confident in forecasting performance and regularly report on campaign results to internal stakeholders. 

To excel in your work, you’ll bring a curious mind and a testing approach which drive KPI improvements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll align to brand strategy and ensure best in class experience. It’s also important you know how to prioritise and work across three different brands.


  • Experience in running paid social campaigns. Using Google Ads/Facebook Ads platforms (experience with Pinterest ads and TikTok ads is a plus)
  • Able to build relationships with the wider, international team
  • Strong analytical experience, with an ability to interpret data and trends
  • Solid grasp of the social media landscape
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Paid Search experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Having run paid social campaigns for multiple clients in an agency environment is of benefit


The office is based in the Fitzrovia area of London within walking distance to the British Museum and Soho. The nearest tube stations are Goodge Street, Russell Square and Tottenham Court Road. Currently the team are working from home and return to office is yet to be announced but likely to be flexible working with 2 days at home.
