With global revenues exceeding $250 million, our client is a manufacturer in the electronics industry with customers across the world. Currently focused on medical, industrial and technology markets this company continues to have ambitious growth plans. In line with these ambitions, we need to raise the performance of digital marketing. We’re now hiring an in-house Digital Marketing Executive to join the Marketing team!
As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager. The team is split between the UK and North America. Working in collaboration, this role focuses exclusively on digital marketing activity using the tracked behaviour of consumers to improve campaign ROI and performance analytics. You’ll use unique data and evaluate your reports to make better-informed decisions.
It is highly desirable for you to have a strong knowledge of marketing automation (Pardot or similar), to produce data reports and complex automated email campaigns. It’s an advantage to have used CRM Software (Salesforce) and be experienced in B2B Analytics. You’ll also focus on growing the database, turning prospects into leads by bringing experience in lead generation, and contributing to the inbound marketing strategy.
Your activities will be wide and varied across many digital channels including social media, the management of the company’s marketing automation system, Content, Email Marketing, SEO, Paid Advertising and much more. With this, your own learning and career growth will be supported with training, tools and enthusiasm in abundance.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 3+ years experience in a data-driven digital marketing role
- Experience in Salesforce, Pardot, lead generation – all highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of data science
- Experience in revenue/campaign reporting
- Previous experience using a range of data models, structures and databases
- A basic understanding of SQL and database development
- Able to analyse, organise and present data to aid decision making
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical mindset
- Able to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
- Exceptional copywriting skills with attention to detail
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
