Our client is one of the South East of England’s leading electrical wholesalers with a well-established network of branches across Sussex and Kent. Founded in 2002, they’ve over 20,000 products available in their online store, as well as a well-subscribed wholesale site dedicated to their contractors. 

Building on steady growth, the company has significantly invested both physically in their office premises and a dedicated training centre as well as their website, marketing tech and additional headcount to focus on their online growth. Expanding the Marketing team, we are now recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive.


Reporting to the Distribution and eCommerce Manager, as Digital Marketing Executive you’ll join the Marketing team and focus on delivering the overall digital marketing strategy. By collaborating, you’ll contribute to team ideation and enjoy executing subsequent campaigns.  You’ll take ownership of multiple activities for both the eCommerce and wholesale sites; focused on driving results in line with company objectives. You’ll also be data-driven and be motivated by improving results; spotting opportunities for business growth as well as optimising performance across multiple channels. 

You’ll bring strong copywriting skills, along with skills in attention to detail, prioritisation and adaptability.  Your skills in ideation and crafting great copy will be valuable in your campaign work in email, social and campaigns in general but it’s your curious mindset that will help you optimise and drive campaigns for repeat sales, promotional opportunities and feeding the sales pipeline. Bringing the experience of creating marketing workflows and testing is also valuable. It goes without saying, you’ll have a passion for growing your knowledge and keeping abreast of industry news. 


  • At least 2+years of experience in digital marketing (either agency or clientside)
  • Implemented digital marketing activities across a broad range of channels (SEO, SEM, Email, Display and more)
  • Experience with a variety of marketing tools including Google Analytics, Magento 2, Mailchimp etc.
  • Data-driven and driven by improving results and spotting opportunities
  • Creating engaging content with strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, ability to prioritise and a can-do attitude
  • Collaborative approach with great communication skills
  • Confident with contribution and ideation
  • Genuine passion for digital marketing, keeping abreast of the latest news


This is a hybrid role, with the office located in Bexhill, East Sussex. It’s only a ten-minute walk from the nearest train station.
