Global Beverage Brand

Have you got deep media experience, delivering the strategy and executicution of paid social content projects? Are you able to quickly hit the ground running, optimise campaigns and get the most out of an agency relationship?

Part of a FSTE 100 group, this beverage brand has a history dating back to 1706. It’s a global household name renowned for creating vibrant tea blends and prides itself on challenging the norm with signature beverage products. Instead of focussing solely on policy and process, the company believes in collaboration, diversity and empowerment. The team has a flat structure with matrix management, where each member is empowered to ‘own’ their responsibilities. We’re looking for a Digital Connections Manager to join the team on a fixed term contract. The role is dedicated to the execution of an exciting social media project in the Middle East.


Reporting to the regional MD and Emerging Markets Marketing team, you will be responsible for contributing to this beverage brand’s digital connections strategy by successfully delivering a targeted project into what will be a new regional market. With a selected agency in place on the ground in the Middle East, you will inherit this relationship and get the most from this relationship drawing on your media knowledge and strong project management skills.  

You will be confident in pulling reports and analysing the data, ensuring the campaign is optimised and driving the success  of this internally high profile project. It’s your collaboration and ability to accurate weekly and post-campaign reports for senior stakeholders; along with your exemplary reporting, excellent paid media experience and communication skills which will help you create and finalise the creative cuts, media plans and sign offs with senior stakeholders.


  • 6+ years experience working in paid social media for enterprise brands
  • Experienced in using MeX (marketing centre of excellence) frameworks
  • Strength in reporting and insights for digital marketing campaign metrics
  • Ability to optimise campaigns to produce improved results
  • Experienced in project management
  • Strong communication skills for remote working and stakeholder management 
  • Demonstrable success in execution of Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube etc
  • Able to turn data into insightful recommendations 
  • Experienced in managing agency relationships


The office is based in Andover, Hampshire. In response to COVID-19 guidelines, the team is currently working from home but we are keen for all employees to work from the office 2-3 days per week when possible.
