With the aim of accelerating their growth, they’re now hiring a Business Development Manager.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, as Business Development Manager you’ll focus on building a new business sales pipeline. With your success you’ll build and develop a robust outbound sales function around you.

Initially you’ll begin by cultivating new sales opportunities and managing existing leads before building upon this area and eventually leading the sales team. You’ll create and implement the sales strategy, identify potential leads and nurture them through the pipeline. Liaising with all stakeholders, you’ll coordinate materials for pitches and support the lead generation across all business areas. 

Not only will you keep up with industry changes and sales opportunities but you’ll also be responsible for maintaining an up to date CRM. Working with this exceptional team means you’ll have the chance to grow, encouraged to advance in your career and rewarded for your successes.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 3+ years business development experience ideally in an agency environment
  • Extensive understanding of performance marketing, specialising in SEO, paid media, Content, CRO & social media
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Pixel level attention to detail but aware of need for pace
  • Able to juggle multiple leads and biz dev opportunities simultaneously

Having recently undergone a huge refurb, the team are based in a stunning open plan office in central Leeds with main transport links just a 10 minute walk away. Stepping out of the office, you’ll find yourself in the centre of town surrounded by restaurants, shops and a local garden to enjoy on your lunch break!
