Are you au fait with the process, tools and practices required to create excellent Marketing Analytics? Want to work for a global company which positively contributes to both the environment and the charity sector?

Establishing their HQ on the south coast in 2000 and more recently securing offices in London and expanding their large warehouses in both the north and south of England; this company successfully generated over £1.2 million for UK charities last year. In addition to donating millions of their products, the business makes an annual contribution to charities and schools all over the world.  The passion behind the business has resulted in them being a global leader in their niche, now delivering to over 190 countries. In response to the continued growth, their commitment to new projects is huge, most recently having launched their Australian website and the USA site scheduled for early 2019. We support these growth plans in hiring a Marketing Analytics Manager into the team.


Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, as Marketing Analytics Manager you are responsible for the development and delivery of analytics for the marketing function. With your activity directly impacting the investment levels and the wider team focus on business performance, you will in a consultative approach set up new systems and improve existing processes. In your forward-thinking approach, you will build strong relationships with external agencies, track and report key metrics across brands, recommend marketing initiatives and propose new ways to look at data within the business. All with the goal of digging deeper into understanding the business through analytics.


  • 3+ years’ marketing analytics experience in a relevant, test-driven field
  • Good understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
  • Excellent experience in using analytics tools including advanced Excel, Tableau, Google Big Query & SQL
  • Proven operator in a complex business environment
  • Analytical thinker with a hands-on approach to work
  • Strong CRM experience, driven by clean data
  • Able to explain complex information in the form of simple insights
