They’re key in connecting educators, employers and consumer brands to switched-on young people actively seeking out answers and meaningful connections. They were named ‘Employer Of The Year’ by Brighton & Hove Business Awards in 2018 and we are now hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join their team.


As part of the B2B Product team, you’ll be responsible for managing and road mapping the business’ commercial products with market ready strategies. Bringing together commercial and product strategies, you’ll drive marketing and sales whilst building awareness and a strong reputation of all the entire commercial product portfolio. You’ll lead the product launch processes from pricing and packaging to sales team training, launching and evaluation.

You’ll have an eye for data collection, carrying out regular competitor analysis and customer interviews to ensure you are at the forefront of trends, industry changes and to build your expertise in education & youth.


  • 3+ years’ experience working in Product Management and product evolution roles
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced tech or media company
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to ‘talk technical’ with non-technical audiences
  • A reliable self-starter who thrives under little supervision
  • Analytical and able to collect, organise and report data-driven information
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
