Our client is a thriving property-tech group based in London, with a multi-million pound turnover. With a solid portfolio of companies, they aim to help all consumers sellings their properties as hassle free as possible. With deep experience in buying and selling homes, this team has in-depth knowledge of the property sector and can accommodate the most challenging of sales. Rock solid with internal processes and effective technology integration, these businesses are members of the NAPB and members of the Property Ombudsman. With a CMO who brings expertise in digital marketing, the formerly outsourced marketing activity will gradually be brought in house. We’re now hiring the specialist role of an experienced PPC Manager. 

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as the PPC Manager you will define, continually refine and execute a plan to drive PPC performance across the group. You’ll be able to confidently set up paid search campaigns (from doing the keyword research, writing out the ad texts whilst ensuring effective campaign and keyword structure). You’ll also ensure you’re optimising those accounts, analysing performance and making recommendations to improve them. 

Driven by the desire for campaigns to perform better, you’ll be confident reporting insights & hypothesise what the data is showing. You’ll be proactive and desire A/B testing. You’ll confidently be spotting what’s working well and needs to be replicated as well as any areas for improvement. You’ll effectively be the PPC champion internally, sharing knowledge and upskilling colleagues around you. You’ll also be the point of contact for external Paid Search agencies, maximising productivity from this relationship.

 TO BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • 4+ years experience in a similar PPC/Paid Search position
  • In depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360 (SA360)
  • Driven by results (ROI & commercial figures) with a passion for A/B testing and optimisation
  • Proven ability to analyse data, obtain insights and make recommendations – working with large data sets
  • Impeccable attention to detail and self motivated
  • Excellent communicator, personable, confident and diplomatic

LOCATION

This is an office based role. The office is based in Liverpool Street, London, however you are permitted to work from home one day per week.
