Based in East Sussex, this award-winning Trust is host to an ever-growing network of award-winning leisure facilities, a historic tourism site as well as sports and physical activity programmes across the county. Established in 2006 there are now well over 1 million active customer visits annually and the Trust reinvests all surplus revenue back into the community. These successes are recognised with local Business Awards and significant growth to the network of venues and facilities with a positive impact for their local community as well as taking positive strides for environmental matters.

With year on year success, the Trust has created a new position in the Marketing team- Marketing Manager.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing, as Marketing Manager, you’ll be directly responsible for delivering both the on and offline marketing strategy for 3 brands from within the portfolio including a historic tourism venue. Using your prior successes in delivering digital campaigns you’ll be versatile across some (if not all) channels including SEO, Social Media, Paid Advertising (Search and Social), Events, Web, Mobile and more.

Confident working independently, you’ll also provide a day-to-day team lead with excellent project management skills and pixel-level attention to detail ensuring the teams work is delivered on time and of high quality. You’ll also use your excellent communication skills to deliver best practice work with the team, internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.


  • 4+ years of holistic marketing experience with an emphasis on digital marketing
  • An advantage to bring success in tourist destination marketing
  • Strong project management skills – prioritisation, attention to details, multitasking etc
  • Naturally a problem solver with completer finisher traits
  • Confident in communication and presentation skills
  • Experienced in managing marketing budgets
  • Able to produce and present monthly reports
  • Facilitating stakeholder management and third-party relationships are nurtured and continued

It is therefore anticipated you have access to your own transport, there is free car parking available.
