Specialising in Magento and Shopify, this full-service eCommerce agency is recognised by their award-winning work. They take clients on a connected journey, offering them website builds, sustainable growth by SEO, and increasing their traffic and conversions whilst attracting them new customers. 

Keeping ahead of the curve, this team are redefining their paid media offering. Relabelling it under a “Biddable Media” umbrella. This team of biddable experts will be using a mix of paid search, paid social and programmatic to help their clients build and scale their businesses.

We are now hiring a Senior Biddable Account Manager to lead a small pod of paid search and paid social professionals.


Reporting to the Head of Biddable, as Senior Biddable Account Manager you’ll lead a small team (pod) with a mix of paid search and paid social skills. As a team, you’ll be focused on small portfolio of clients. As their team leader, you’ll be exemplary in best practice and bring patience to guide and nurture your team to deliver the best results. It’s important you have at least an interest (if not expertise) in Paid Social, in addition to your excellent PPC skills.

Your role will be versatile. You’ll confidently work with clients to find their best solutions but also be comfortable delivering best-in-class results. To do this you’ll need to be organised with excellent time management. Be able to deliver your own excellent results but also ensure your team executes high-quality work. Supporting them to achieve the best performance and efficiency of advertising campaigns.

Your manager believes in empowering, so you will have autonomy but also believes in being a mentor and provider of support. Most important for you, is to bring along your can-do attitude and be accountable. You’ll be client reporting and responsible for the strategy, relationships and reviews. Being versatile and adaptable are great skills, whether for external client pitches or internal team management and building relationships. Your passion will have a significant influence on the team, as you’ll be their mentor and shape this enthusiastic team of paid media professionals.


  • Bring 4+ years in a similar paid search role (ideally with agency experience)
  • Genuine flair for PPC, experience/knowledge of Paid Social is desirable
  • Expert in PPC platforms-Google Ads (Search, Pmax, GDN, YouTube, Discovery, Local) and MS Ads
  • Strong in Google Analytics (incl GA4) and data analysis
  • Superb time management and organisational skills
  • Team management/people development experience
  • Excellent client communications skills
  • Ability to explain complex methods in simple terms


The company HQ is in Teddington, south west of London and has a flexible work policy around core hours. There is also hybrid working, with one day in the office (currently Wednesday). Your presence will always be welcomed in the office if you want to be in the office more often.
