We are now looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to take them to the next level.
Reporting directly to the CEO, as Head of Growth Marketing you’ll have the opportunity to really make your mark! Using your experience in delivering B2C growth for a SaaS company, your primary responsibility will be to create and deliver a strategy for scaling sales of the new premium product.
Empowered to recruit, lead and develop your team (initially two roles), you’ll develop a well optimised multi-channel marketing funnel. Your passion will be visible as will your collaboration. You’ll be articulate and confident with reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. Your head for data will enable you to make smart data-led decisions with a test, test and test again approach, always looking for improvement. By implementing marketing automation, you’ll develop finely tuned processes working toward converting interest into trials and subscriptions. You’ll navigate universities and publisher partnerships with audience-focused content for academics, the public, media, educators and policymakers. This is a hands-on leadership position within a small but fast-growing, mission-led organisation where success will lead to opportunities for rapid internal progression.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience ideally in a SaaS environment
- Experience in creating and delivering strategy for both organic and paid channels
- Experience in marketing automation, using HubSpot ideally
- Data-driven, analytical mind and able to report and communicate it effectively
- Collaborative approach with great communication
- Planning and budget management skills
- Experience in managing a team would be a bonus
This is a fully remote (UK based) job. The team collaborates closely with regular team calls and several in-person get-togethers each year. The majority of the senior management is located in the Oxfordshire area, so it is expected you will need to regularly travel to in-person team get-togethers in and around Oxford.
