Our client is a specialist eCommerce agency founded by eCommerce veterans. Having scaled both retail and consumer businesses, they’re creating a shortcut to success for ambitious DTC brands.  This specialist team is small but growing fast. They’ve formed a unique group who’re not only invested in their clients’ success, in many cases as partners or shareholders but also approach engagement with meticulous planning, hands-on execution and rigorous analysis. They also practice what they preach, and are rapidly growing an “own brand” as an example of what can be done with their expertise.  


Reporting to senior management, as Digital Marketing Account Manager you will be the face of the digital marketing team. Providing the bridge between client stakeholders and your own digital marketing specialists, you’ll need to be both organised and efficient as you act as the point of contact for clients. You’ll be managing expectations and ensuring deliverables. Whether it’s optimising internal processes, building strong relationships with existing clients or ensuring a Digital Marketing plan is being executed effectively. Your focus is clients but this is a fast growth, humble team where everyone has a hands-on to get the job done mentality.

Drawing on your prior agency experience, you’ll welcome being part of this team evangelising eCommerce.  You’ll be both confident in yourself, great with clients and enjoy nurturing brand relationships as those relationships and put in place better processes to improve efficiencies.   • +4 years experience in a similar account management/client services agency role
  • Good commercial insights, and able to understand goals and convey plans of action
  • Broad insight into the main Digital Advertising Platforms and their roles in the funnel
  • Passion for digital advertising is an absolute advantage
  • Credible clients facing skills, with an ability to form trust and rapport 
  • Strong digital marketing background and able to competently discuss plans and tasks 
  • Exemplary organisation skills, time and stakeholder management
  • Ability to prioritise and jump into problem-solving easily
  • Genuine enthusiasm and can-do attitude


This is a Hybrid working role and will require up to two days in the London based office 


  • Remote first, with up to 2 days meet up in London
  • Flexible working hours (core hours 10-3pm)
